Agreement Overview
Sarvajan Awas Yojna ("we", "our", or "us") provides residential plot application and allotment services. This policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed.
1. Registration Amount Refund (₹21,000)
1.1 Refund for Unsuccessful Applicants
- If an applicant is not allotted a plot, the registration amount will be fully refundable.
- Refund will be processed after the allotment process completion.
- Credits will be sent to the original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation Before Allotment
If the applicant cancels before the allotment process, the amount may be refunded after deducting administrative charges.
2. Allotment Amount Refund (₹51,000)
After successful allotment, ₹51,000 must be paid within the specified timeline.
2.1 Non-Payment Consequences
Failure to pay the allotment amount within the specified time may lead to automatic cancellation of the unit. In such cases, the registration amount may be forfeited or partially refunded.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please submit a written request via email with the following details:
- Applicant Name & Mobile Number
- Application Number
- Payment Receipt or Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund

4. Mode of Refund
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we use:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- UPI Transfer
5. Processing Time
Delays may occur due to banking procedures, verification requirements, or incorrect bank details provided by the applicant.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in cases of:
- Submission of incorrect or false information.
- Violation of general terms and conditions.
- Failure to comply with the defined payment schedule.
- Cancellation after final agreement execution.
7. Deductions (If Applicable)
Based on the stage of the application, the following may be deducted:
- Administrative & Processing Fees
- Documentation Charges
- Legal or Verification Charges
